For example, a 30 second 2D infographic will cost significantly less than a 2 minute photorealistic 3D character animation with full voice acting and an original score. However, our entry-level productions start at around £5,000 budget for a single video and can reach over £100,000 for high profile pieces. A good way to think about animation is that it can often be more cost effective when compared to filming live action, especially when it comes to updating, adapting and expanding the scope.

Depending on the scope of the project it can take anywhere from 2 days to 2 months. There are three distinct phases; pre-production, production and post which covers everything from concept development, scriptwriting and storyboarding through to animation, audio and publishing. We must also consider review times and approvals from stakeholders (which are often the biggest causes of delay). That being said, we can turn a social post around in a few days, whilst a high profile piece can take 1-2 months.

We've created animations for a modest 55" television at a convention, as well as 27 syncronised screens, each playing something different. All we need to know are the A/V specifications and have an open line of communication with the team organising the event.

Yes, in fact it's often better to chat directly with the team organising the event and those on the ground as it reduces delay and the risk of playing broken telephone. We've collaborated with teams in Mexico, Brazil, US, UK, France, India, Indonesia and Vietnam and more. As long as we have a clear line of communication, we can work with different time zones remotely.
